What is ErgFest?
ErgFest is a high energy celebration of indoor fitness taking place over the weekend of 4th/5th October at Rushcliffe Arena in Nottingham, bringing together athletes, teams, and communities to push limits on the Concept2 SkiErg, BikeErg, and RowErg.

Whether you’re a seasoned competitor, a weekend warrior, or simply curious about testing your strength and endurance, ErgFest is designed to challenge and inspire.

🔥 Diablo

A high intensity knockout challenge designed to push athletes to their limits. Competitors face back-to-back Concept2 erg workouts with minimal rest. Only the strongest and most tactical survive each elimination round until one champion remains.

• Solo Event
• Fast-paced rounds (30 seconds) / (90 seconds rest)
• Short, sharp workouts across SkiErg, BikeErg & RowErg
• Perfect for spectators, quickfire action and energy

👥 Tribe

Teamwork at its core. Tribe is all about 4 athletes working together to complete set erg challenges. Each round requires strategy, pacing, and trust.

• Teams of 4 athletes (MMFF)
• Shared workload across all ergs. 40 Minutes time cap. Max Calories. Strategy is key
• Relay style racing with a festival atmosphere
• Tickets £160 per team

🛡️ Gauntlet

The ultimate endurance race. Athletes must take on a series of Calorie Erg challenges back to back, testing stamina, pacing, and resilience. It’s survival of the fittest.

• Solo Event
• Extended, multi stage event. Ski, Bike, Row (Two rounds)
• 75 Cals for Male / 60 Cals Female
• Demands grit and pacing strategy
• Only the toughest finish the Gauntlet
• Tickets £40
